– Refunds are available upon request during an active subscription period.
– We do not charge hidden fees. All calculations are transparent.
– If you purchased a discounted subscription (e.g., 3 or 6 months), the refund is calculated based on the standard monthly rate, not the discounted price.
– The base rate is the regular price of a one-month subscription as stated in your plan.

✅ Full Refund Within 7 Days

If no more than 7 calendar days have passed since the payment, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of the plan you purchased (1, 3, or 6 months).

🔄 Partial Refund After 7 Days

If more than 7 days have passed, your refund will be calculated as follows:
1. The number of days used is multiplied by the daily rate, based on the standard monthly price.
2. This amount is subtracted from your total payment.
3. The remaining balance is refunded to you.

💡 Note: If you purchased a discounted 3- or 6-month plan, the discount becomes void upon cancellation. The refund is calculated based on the full monthly rate.

❌ No Refund In These Cases

– If the cost of used days equals or exceeds the amount you paid, no refund is available.
– If your subscription was purchased more than 6 months ago, we cannot issue a refund due to technical limitations.
– We do not issue refunds for unused months/days if you did not manually cancel your subscription.

Standard monthly rate: $44/month
Daily rate: $44 ÷ 30 ≈ $1.47/day
Used: 10 × $1.47 = $14.70
Refund: $99 − $14.70 = ✅ $84.30

Standard rate: $44/month → $1.47/day
Used: 45 × $1.47 = $66.15
Refund: $159 − $66.15 = ✅ $92.85

4 months ≈ 120 days
120 × $1.47 = $176.40
This amount exceeds the $159 paid
