Karina has over 10 years of experience studying facial structure, face fitness, fascia and tension patterns that affect the way the face changes over time.
Her method looks beyond isolated face exercises and focuses on how posture, fascia, tension patterns, jaw position, scalp mobility and facial structure affect the way the face changes over time.
